"It's a treat to see Sparks's Russell Ron Mael glaring over his shoulder from the piano, brother Ron Russell's voice still strong and able to reach a high falsetto for 'Mandalay Song'…"

Sparks Perform Kimono My House And Lil' Beethoven
June 12, 2004 at Royal Festival Hall

"…We are extremely happy to be able to do a conceptual show like this one in which we will present two of our albums in their entirety - the first half of the show will be our 1974 album 'Kimono My House'. The 2nd half of the show will be our current 2004 album, 'Lil' Beethoven'. Both albums' songs will be performed in the running order in which they appear on the respective albums.

"Thanks, Morrissey, for this one-time only performance occasion."
